I enjoyed a wonderful experience. The hotel provided amazing sea view cottages. These were spacious and beautiful. The staff delivered warm, attentive service. The pool area felt therapeutic.

The room was a beautiful room sea view sitout king bed and it provided a great view. the sounds of waves added to the experience. the hotel provided a welcome drink of cocum juice. It was fantastic.
Parts of the room felt outdated. Some items looked broken. the pool area was also poorly maintained. this was disappointing. It didn't meet the standard i expected.

great service hotel tour inconvenient shuttle limited options
The staff offered great service throughout my stay. drivers were warm and friendly, even providing a hotel tour. That was unexpected. jean and ankush at the coffee shop were always attentive. they always had a smile.
I was a bit disappointed with a few aspects. the gym requires a shuttle. That was inconvenient. the pool area lacked direct beach access. That limits options if you prefer swimming in the sea.
